Throughout her career, Jomo has led transformation and growth across complex financial-services organizations, combining commercial acumen with a deep understanding of people, markets, and technology. She is recognized for building businesses that are both operationally resilient and future-ready, driving sustainable value through clarity of strategy and execution.
At Jubilee Health Insurance, she is championing a bold agenda to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and trusted—leveraging digital innovation such as AI-powered claims, integrated wellness ecosystems, and flexible health-financing models. Her leadership reflects a belief that technology and empathy can coexist to create solutions that genuinely improve lives.
Beyond her executive role, Jomo serves on the boards of Jubilee Health Insurance Uganda, Jubilee Health Insurance Tanzania, and the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI). She is also Vice President and Co-Founder of the Kenya Women in Insurance Association (KWIIN), where she actively advances mentorship, inclusion, and leadership excellence in the industry.
