Andronicca Masemola is the Chief Executive Officer of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, having assumed the role in April 2023.
Her distinguished career in financial services and auditing spans public and private sectors, with early roles at South African Revenue Service (SARS) and the Auditor‑General South Africa, where she rose to lead the Gauteng provincial office in 2006.
She went on to become a partner at KPMG South Africa, before joining the Barloworld group in 2014 as Head of Internal Audit.
In her tenure she has held significant senior leadership roles including Executive Director – Finance and Chief Operating Officer.
As CEO of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, Masemola leads one of the region’s major industrial and equipment-distribution businesses, focused on mining, construction and infrastructure markets. She is known for her commitment to transformation, inclusive leadership and building high-performance teams in traditionally male-dominated industries. Masemola holds the designation Chartered Accountant (SA), a BCompt degree and BCompt Honours, underlining her strong technical foundation in finance.
