Aminata Naduane Kane Ndiaye is a dynamic leader in the fintech and mobile-money space across Africa and the Middle East. She currently serves as Vice President of Mobile Financial Services for Orange Money Group, overseeing operations across 17 countries.
Originally from Senegal, she holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Before joining Orange, she worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company in France and West Africa, advising telecom, banking and consumer-goods firms.
During her earlier tenure as CEO of Orange Sierra Leone (2018-2022) she led the company to market-leadership, drove mobile-money adoption, launched innovative services such as micro-credit and energy solutions, and significantly improved profitability.
Her leadership is grounded in a strong belief in financial inclusion, digital transformation and people development. She has been recognised as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and has received Africa CEO Leadership awards for her impact in the continent’s fintech ecosystem.
