Irina Grigore is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MAS P.L.C., a Malta-based real estate investment and development company listed on both the Johannesburg and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges. She was appointed CEO in April 2022 after serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong record of financial leadership and operational excellence to the role.
Before joining MAS, Grigore gained extensive experience across finance, auditing, and corporate governance. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania, where she specialized in audit and assurance for major multinational clients, before moving to NEPI Rockcastle N.V., one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading property investment companies. There, she held senior roles in group reporting and management information systems, overseeing financial controls and compliance across several markets.
Since assuming leadership at MAS, Grigore has focused on disciplined capital allocation, strategic portfolio growth, and strengthened governance frameworks. Her leadership has been marked by a focus on transparency, team development, and sustainable value creation for shareholders.
