Mercy Rufaro Ndoro is the Group Chief Executive of Dairibord Holdings Limited and serves on the company’s board. She was appointed Group CEO with effect from October 1, 2022, following leadership roles that included Group Finance Director and Company Secretary.
Her board experience spans several Dairibord subsidiaries, among them Dairibord Zimbabwe, Lyons and NFB Logistics. Under her stewardship, Dairibord has continued to execute on portfolio and operational priorities set out in recent annual reports.
Ndoro earned both her bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Zimbabwe.
